Inside Outside
Once a ranging summer cottage surrounded by covered porches that allowed little light to penetrate into the house, this home needed the expertise of MA Builders to bring in the light!
For the new owner, architect and MA Builders, the idea was to add light to the inside by removing the deck roof, expanding the deck (with new staircase), adding a door for practicality, as well as adding a bay window in the kitchen and much more. As a collaborative team and with the help of some salvaged antique barn-boards and old-fashioned problem-solving we created a whole new look and feel to the home!
Our client was delighted with our improvements to almost every room in the house. Overall, our renovations helped her be physically and visually closer to her flower gardens and the outdoors.
